Process process process

Both transparency and a good process are hugely important in building successful partnerships.
I have broken down my client and design process so you have clarity of what goes on and when it happens.

All in good time.

When I first take on your project we visualize blocks of time & milestones to accomplish your project. Its a benefit to both you & Blockbuilt to hit the targets and work efficiently towards the end goal.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed on a big task ther best way is to break it into bitesize chunks.

Here is a rough idea of how that looks..

Start as we mean to go on.

From Start to finish the best way top keep a project on time and efficient is down to communication, transparency & project management.

I use online tools to communicate visually with virtual meetings, screen shares & track progress with your Project at no extra cost to your project, because hand shaking & pleasantries is so 2019.

Discovery.

Mind reading is over-rated, discovering the clients gusto about their business is an art, common sense has a big part to play & I have lots of it.

I like to discuss the business, how it became, what the future holds & what you define as successful.

The experience.

Lets take a website as an example. The most important part is the functionality. You can’t polish a terd as they say, so lets get the User Experience (UX) correct from the start.

Does your existing site engage you? Does it make you want to scroll through to find more info?

Or does it switch your brain off? The average visitors attention span is 8 seconds, still with us?….  Ok cool, lets move on.

Ooh that looks nice!

Inspiration, style, colour theory, simplicity & an overall feel of the branding is key, I want your site to be engaging, smart and represent your product.

This is by far my favourite part of the project, I get to flex creativity & put your money where my design is. Business fundamentals aside, its what I thrive on.

Where we at?

During these first phases, theres a lot of client discovery & how important this project is to their business, but now we are halfway through, so engagement, updates, clarity & challenges will arise.

This can be crunch time for keeping the ball rolling but I got you though!

All good things..

So we finalized the designs, we implemented the UX, we have a finished product we are all happy with, what now? Is this goodbye? Of course not! Blockbuilt has just started a relationship with your business.

I want to keep the party going, tidy up any loose ends and hand hold you for baby steps that the project may have. Blockbuilt is in this for the long run,
and will continue to deliver.
